About The Position

EILEEN FISHER is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Associate for its Winter Park location. Sales Associates create a welcoming atmosphere, share positive energy with customers, promote the company’s philosophy and values, and support its purpose and strategic objectives. They provide customer service in a fast-paced retail environment, use technology and distribution channels to serve customers, maintain product presentation and store cleanliness, and complete opening and closing procedures as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive, welcoming atmosphere and serve customers with exceptional customer service.
• Promote EILEEN FISHER’s philosophy and values and support its purpose and strategic objectives.
• Use technology and all avenues of distribution to serve customers.
• Steam, fold, and display products according to EILEEN FISHER visual standards.
• Perform light cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, dusting, and sweeping, to keep the store clean and organized.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
