About The Position

EZCORP is hiring a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) for its EZPawn store in Denver, Colorado. This role offers a career path in a fast-paced retail environment, beginning with a five-week paid trainee program. Upon completion, trainees receive a $0.50-per-hour raise and promotion to Pawnbroker. Employees can pursue Pawnbroker Certification for an additional $1 per hour and may advance to Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager, which includes a six-month training program.

The position involves daily customer interaction, assisting with sales and reaching mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, and musical instruments. Team members provide friendly, courteous, and respectful service in the store. Pay is based on experience and ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour, with monthly bonus potential based on store and individual performance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test after a conditional offer.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Responsibilities
