About The Position
As a Retail Sales Associate, you are the face of Best Buy for store visitors. You learn all aspects of working in a store, including sales and customer service, and receive training to recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs. The role also supports stocking shelves, handling online orders, and keeping the store clean and organized. Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner to create a great shopping experience.
- Recommend products and solutions that meet customers’ needs to drive sales.
- Perform cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist with store inventory and merchandising.
- Support stocking shelves, processing online orders, and keeping the store clean and organized.
