About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you develop and succeed, new opportunities and financial rewards become available. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico, focused on inspiring team members through knowledge, habits, and skills to achieve goals and aspirations.

Requirements

Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
High school diploma or equivalent.
