About The Position
My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing the best customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process in an energetic environment. As you succeed, you will be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards.
Requirements
- Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.

- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
