About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking motivated individuals to join their retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience and offering technology solutions from AT&T products and services. The position involves engaging with customers, educating them on offerings, and guiding them through the sales process in an energetic environment. As you develop and succeed, opportunities for advancement and financial rewards become available.

Requirements

Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Legally able to be employed in the US.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Standing and walking around for prolonged periods.
Occasionally lifting and moving objects of up to 10 pounds.
Reaching with hands and arms.
Climbing ladders, balancing on ladders, stooping, kneeling, crouching.
Fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
Dexterity is required.
Specific vision abilities required for working with small parts and looking at a computer screen for prolonged periods.
