About The Position

Nordstrom is hiring for seasonal and regular retail positions at its Perimeter Mall store. Roles include sales in apparel and accessories, holiday gift shop sales, fulfillment, sales floor support, and personal stylist support. Applicants can attend the hiring event on October 22, 2026, from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; no advance scheduling is required. Interviews take approximately one hour, and on-the-spot offers may be made for most roles. Applicants may bring a résumé, but it is not required. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis, and applicants who cannot attend the event may still be considered. Pay depends on role, location, and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Listed ranges include $13.50 per hour for salesperson roles and $16.45–$17.15 per hour for sales floor support, personal stylist support, and fulfillment. Commission rates for apparel, shoes, and accessories typically range from 3% to 14.5%; beauty and men’s fragrance sales roles typically receive 3%.
