Listed hourly ranges are $18.15–$18.85 for Customer Service, Sales Support, and Stock, Fulfillment and Delivery, and $15.25 for Sales. Commission for apparel, shoes, and accessories typically ranges from 3% to 14.5%; Beauty and Men's Fragrance sales commissions are typically 3%. Pay offers depend on location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The position may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses.
