About The Position

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their musical interests, and recommend appropriate instruments and gear.

• Build customer relationships, follow up to ensure satisfaction, and develop connections within the local music community.
• Organize displays, restock shelves, and maintain the store’s appearance.
• Collaborate with teammates and respond constructively to feedback and learning opportunities.
