About The Position

North 40 Outfitters is hiring a full-time Receiving Associate in Mead, Washington. The role is responsible for the accurate, timely, and safe movement of merchandise from delivery trucks to the sales floor. It requires close attention to detail and the ability to operate multiple computer programs. The role’s schedule may include any scheduled shift during business hours of Monday–Saturday, 7 a.m.–8 p.m., and Sunday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. Weekend and certain holiday work may be required, with scheduling flexibility based on business needs. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old to acquire forklift certification and able to become forklift certified.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detailed and focused.
Familiarity with computers and various programs.
Able to take initiative, embrace change, and learn new things.
Dependable and able to perform to the expectations of the role.
Able to work independently or in a group setting.
Committed to providing phenomenal customer service.
Good communication skills and ability to engage effectively with individuals regularly.
Able to multitask and prioritize.
Understand correct lifting and loading techniques.
Able to lift and carry 0–25 lbs. continuously, 25–45 lbs. frequently, and 45–65 lbs. occasionally; must team-lift items over 65 lbs.
Able to spend 100% of work time on their feet, including using ladders, rolling staircases, and pallet jacks.
Able to work scheduled shifts during the stated business hours, including weekends and certain holidays, with flexibility based on business needs.
