About The Position

Vuori is hiring a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate in Boca Raton. Associates create a memorable customer experience, contribute to sales goals in a team-based commission environment, and support daily store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising. The work takes place in a fast-paced retail environment and requires availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide excellent customer service and greet customers in a timely, authentic, and engaging manner.
Prepare fitting rooms, find sizes, and give customers knowledgeable feedback about merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to serve customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while maintaining a focus on the customer experience, and communicate inventory needs.
Ensure the sales floor is stocked every evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
