As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, make personalized recommendations, connect them with suitable products and services, and use product knowledge and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage loyalty. The role involves more than cashiering: customer engagement, selling, teamwork, and creating welcoming experiences are central to the work. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build friendly relationships, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another and strive to improve, learn, and achieve individual and store results. This is a full-time role, typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week. Schedules include weekend shifts, and hours depend on business needs and colleague availability. The role requires flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
