About The Position

As a part-time member of the Hurley Retail team, the Retail Sales Associate supports store management in achieving sales targets and long-term business growth by providing premium customer service and maintaining store standards. The associate represents the Hurley brand and contributes to a rewarding customer experience. The role may also support other areas of the retail location as business needs require.

Requirements

High school/secondary school diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of work experience.
Ability to understand direction and communicate in English.
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers and management staff.
Courteous and helpful attitude.
Ability to manage personal time and accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder, and stand for extended periods.
At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

Apply customer service training principles and build strong connections with customers.
Understand expectations and achieve targeted sales goals.
Ensure full zone coverage.
Develop a high level of product expertise.
Follow retail standards, including attendance and conduct standards.
Complete daily restocking.
Maintain merchandising standards.
Support other areas of the retail location as needed, including front of house, back of house, shipping and receiving, store opening and closing, and customization.
Perform other duties as assigned.
