About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. You build trust, meet sales targets, encourage loyalty, and make shopping visits meaningful. The role includes maintaining a clean, organized, inviting sales floor and fitting room, and is more than cashiering. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome, engage in friendly conversations, and build relationships. They maintain a shoppable space by recovering the sales floor and fitting rooms, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and thank them for their visit. The team emphasizes collaboration, ongoing improvement, and achieving individual and store results. This is a part-time role. Part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. All schedules include weekend shifts; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
