About The Position

Retail Sales Associates help drive Bob’s Discount Furniture’s success and expansion by helping customers bring their home design dreams to life. Compensation is an hourly advance against commission, with uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 to $65,000 annually. The position offers flexible retail schedules and may be available full-time or part-time.

Requirements

• Energetic and self-motivated, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the showroom.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
