About The Position

As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Best Buy for customers who visit the stores. Best Buy will provide training in the skills and knowledge needed to confidently recommend technology products and services suited to each customer’s needs. This role is suitable for people with a passion for sales or helping others.

The position supports Best Buy’s purpose of enriching lives through technology by helping personalize technology solutions for customers in stores, online, and in their homes.

Requirements

• At least 3 months of experience working in retail or another fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage with customers in a warm, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate products, answer questions, and recommend products and services that meet customers’ needs across all departments.
• Complete cashier duties for purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain appropriate product knowledge and expertise through ongoing learning and development.
• Help keep the sales floor clean and well stocked.
• Assist with in-store pickup and curbside pickup orders.
