About The Position

As a Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire loyalty. Throughout the day, they create personal customer interactions, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you.
