About The Position

Retail Sales Associates at DICK’S Sporting Goods create a positive shopping experience through eagerness to help, product knowledge, strong brand and execution standards, and the ability to prioritize. Requirements

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and occasionally lift items weighing 15 to 35 lbs. up to five times per hour.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of up to four hours.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of up to two hours continuously.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Golf industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach them to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards, including floor sets, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
• Promote company programs, including customer loyalty participation, warranty sales, and private-label credit card enrollment.
• Follow policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain the confidentiality of company information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome, safe, and respected.
• Support the team across the store as needed.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
