About The Position

Batteries Plus Bulbs of Idaho Falls, ID is seeking to hire a full-time Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician to provide exceptional customer service while making sales and repairing our customers' devices. Our store is open 7 days a week so our Retail Sales Associates / Device Repair Technicians enjoy a rotating schedule. This position pays a starting wage of $12-$14/hour based on experience. Our Retail Sales Associate / Device Repair Technician can also plan on excellent benefits including dental, vision, paid time off (PTO), and a 401(k) plan with a match as well as extensive training, bonus plans, and an employee discount. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Retail and/or customer service experience including cash handling.
Basic understanding of electronics.
Ability to quickly pick up on new processes and technologies.
Attentive to detail.
Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize.
Customer service-oriented.
Strong communication skills and the ability to inform, teach, and train.
Team player.

Nice To Haves

Previous device repair experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service.
Make sales.
Repair customers' devices (cell phones, tablets, etc.).
Test, install, and replace batteries in vehicles, watches, key fobs, cell phones, and more.
Assist commercial and retail customers with light bulb purchases.
Keep the store clean and organized.
Maintain inventory.
