About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment across different store areas. You also stock and rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and help keep the backroom organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles require team members to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters following training and safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Clear and helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and merchandise across departments.
• Attention to accuracy in pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills, including managing multiple tasks and maintaining clean work areas.
• Awareness of inventory levels and experience assisting with restocking and ordering.
