About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in finding products and answering questions while maintaining a welcoming environment across different store areas. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, and keep displays and backroom areas organized. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some role requirements may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift up to 60 lbs., and work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.

• Experience stocking, facing products, and maintaining display standards.

Responsibilities
