About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and help maintain a welcoming environment across different areas of the store. You also help keep products available and displays in good condition by stocking shelves, rotating products, updating pricing or signage, and organizing the backroom. The role involves handling inventory, working across departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age; some roles require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
• Comfort working in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Ability to comply with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience.
• Experience placing products on shelves, facing items, and maintaining display standards.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
• Attention to detail with pricing, labeling, product rotation, and removing outdated items.
• Organization and time-management skills for managing multiple tasks and maintaining clean work areas.
• Inventory awareness, including monitoring product levels and assisting with restocking and ordering.
• Ability to use tools such as pallet jacks, box cutters, or handheld devices while following safety guidelines.
• Adaptability when moving between tasks, departments, and priorities.
