About The Position

As a Retail Sales and Store Support team member, you help keep the store clean, organized, and easy to shop. You assist customers in locating products, answer questions, and maintain a welcoming environment throughout different areas of the store. You stock shelves, rotate products, update pricing or signage, maintain displays, and organize the backroom. The work involves handling inventory, supporting different departments, and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level position offers advancement opportunities. The job requires physical activity, including standing and walking for extended periods and lifting up to 60 pounds. Work may take place in varying environments, including the backroom and outdoor areas. Schedules may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; some roles may require applicants to be at least 18.
• Basic math and communication skills are required.
• Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to operate equipment such as pallet jacks, balers, and box cutters after training and in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Ability to work in varying environments, including backroom and outdoor areas.
• Compliance with company policies, including safety, sanitation, and dress standards.

Nice To Haves

• Prior retail, stocking, or customer service experience is preferred.
• Clear and helpful customer communication skills.
• Experience stocking and merchandising products, including placing and facing items and maintaining displays.
• Familiarity with store layout, pricing, and general merchandise across departments.
