As a Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. You provide friendly, high-quality service and support the team in achieving sales goals. You prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. Throughout the day, you welcome customers, have friendly and personal conversations, recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share the benefits of the Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. You collaborate with colleagues and work to improve service and store results. The role requires regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, and flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time colleagues are typically scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week; part-time colleagues are typically scheduled 12–24 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
