Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, Cherry Hill
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment that encourages customers to return and support your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is clean and organized. They welcome customers and build friendly, personal conversations; maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, assist customers through checkout, and thank them for their visit. The role also involves collaborating with colleagues, striving to improve, and learning to help achieve individual and store results.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective as part of a team.
- Be comfortable handling electronic devices.
- Be able to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching, including above eye level, are required.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Use computers and other technology frequently, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
