About The Position

As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague at Macy’s, you help create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and keeping the sales floor customer-ready. With a friendly, approachable attitude, you support customers and your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. You prepare for the day by checking that the sales floor is ready, reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and staying informed and ready to sell. During the day, you engage with customers, maintain the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and close each interaction with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and strive to improve and deliver individual and store results. The position requires regular, dependable attendance and punctuality, and flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
