Seasonal Retail Sales and Recovery Associate, North Point
About The Position
As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. You foster a warm environment that encourages customers to return and support the team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions. They welcome customers and create friendly, personal interactions; recover the sales floor and fitting rooms; update signs and pricing; and support merchandise moves. They share Loyalty program benefits, help customers with their needs, and work collaboratively with colleagues. They take pride in their work, pursue improvement, and contribute to individual and store results. This is a seasonal retail position. Scheduling depends on business needs and colleague availability. The posting describes full-time colleagues as typically scheduled for 30 or more hours per week and part-time colleagues as typically scheduled for 12–24 hours per week, but does not specify the hours for this position.
Requirements
- Communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Have flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, and maintain dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Enjoy meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.
- Be resourceful, adaptable to changing priorities, able to work independently, and effective in a team.
- Be comfortable handling electronic devices.
- Meet physical requirements that include talking, lifting, constant moving, standing, and reaching with arms and hands; standing for at least two consecutive hours; lifting at least 25 pounds; stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and reaching above eye level.
- Have close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequently use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
