As a Retail Sales & Recovery Colleague, you create a welcoming shopping experience through genuine hospitality and attention to detail. You help keep the store clean, organized, and visually engaging by maintaining merchandise displays, tidying fitting rooms, and ensuring the sales floor is customer-ready. Your friendly, approachable manner encourages customers to return, while you support your team in achieving sales goals through consistent, high-quality service. Colleagues prepare the sales floor for customers, review goals, new arrivals, top sellers, and promotions, and offer customers a warm welcome and personal service. Throughout the day, they recover the sales floor and fitting rooms, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, help customers with their needs, and collaborate with coworkers to serve customers and communities. They strive to improve, take pride in their work, achieve sales goals, and learn from others to deliver individual and store results. The position requires talking, lifting, frequent movement, standing, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, and visual abilities including close and color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment. It also requires frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and the ability to process register transactions. Colleagues must be able to communicate effectively, read and understand employment policies and safety procedures in English, and have flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability; full-time colleagues typically work 30 or more hours per week, and part-time colleagues typically work 12–24 hours per week.
