About The Position

White House of Music is seeking personable sales and customer service individuals to assist customers with their musical needs. The ideal candidate will be engaging, customer-focused, and a team player who can act as a music advocate. This is a retail position with retail hours, offering a culture of collaboration, individual growth, and a commitment to fulfilling customer needs. The position is a flex position that could be part-time or full-time, covering Waukesha, West Bend, and Brookfield locations.

Requirements

Some knowledge of music must be documented in your submission to be considered.
Must be available to work evenings and Saturdays.
Must include both a resume and cover letter to be considered.

Nice To Haves

Sales experience preferred but not required.
Background in band or orchestra instruments is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent customer service.
Assists customers in renting instruments.
Helps customers purchase the right products through Need Fulfillment Selling.
Learns about products in all areas of the store to provide better customer service and work in all areas as needed.
Unpacks, displays, and maintains the condition of store merchandise.
Cleans and maintains the sales floor and stock areas, including dusting fixtures and sweeping the floor.
Polishes, cleans, and tunes instruments.
