Requirements

1+ year of experience in inside sales, customer service, or DOT compliance (trucking industry experience a major plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills — both written and verbal
Comfortable making sales calls and offering consultative solutions
Highly organized with an eye for regulatory detail
Passionate about helping trucking companies succeed and stay safe on the road
Tech-savvy; able to work in a CRM and navigate basic cloud-based systems

Responsibilities

Guide prospective clients through our suite of DOT compliance services
Perform inbound and outbound sales calls to carriers, owner-operators, and fleet managers
Onboard new clients and manage their initial setup (Driver Qualification Files, Clearinghouse, etc.)
Provide ongoing client support and education regarding DOT compliance requirements
Monitor client accounts and proactively recommend service enhancements (ELD, CSA Score Management, etc.)
Collaborate with internal compliance team to ensure client records stay audit-ready
Use CRM and task management tools to keep accurate client and sales records
