We are seeking a motivated and organized Retail Recruitment Coordinator to join our team and help streamline our hiring processes. As a Retail Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting multiple store managers with their recruitment efforts.

Requirements

Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
Experience with data entry and spreadsheet management.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in recruitment or administrative support is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle the uploading of retail candidate documents and records to the organization’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Perform initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Assist store managers with coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates.
Conduct phone surveys with newly hired employees to determine their satisfaction and gather feedback.
Enter survey data into spreadsheets for tracking and analysis.
Ensure all retail candidate documents are accurately uploaded and filed.
Conduct phone pre-screens to evaluate candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates and managers.
Conduct satisfaction surveys with new hires and record their feedback.
Provide recruitment administrative support to store managers.
