About The Position

We are currently looking for a Retail Recruiter to join our expanding team at our Headquarters in Dallas, Texas! In this role, the Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions, from job posting, sourcing & screening candidates, conducting interviews, extending offers, and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with talking to new people frequently and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential. They should have excellent organizational skills to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates.

Requirements

3 years recruiting experience for retail/restaurant/coffee shops
Full cycle, high volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment
Excellent & Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and handle a high workload.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Must be bilingual ( English/Spanish)
Self-motivated, organized, and adaptable.
Work authorization to work in the US ( W2 payroll)

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of positions.
Create job posts, sourcing & screening candidates
Conducting interviews via phone, in-person, or virtual
Extending offers, conduct background checks, and onboarding new hires.
Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates
Must have experience and knowledge of I9/E-Verify compliance
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
