The Retail Recruiter reports to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition and is responsible for supporting the full-cycle recruitment process to attract, assess, and hire talent across a growing portfolio of retail locations throughout North America. This role focuses on high-volume hiring for store-level positions, including Sales Associates, Operations, and Store Leadership roles. The Retail Recruiter partners closely with Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Business Partners, Regional Directors, General Managers, and Store Leaders to align hiring strategies with business needs and workforce planning objectives. This role ensures that recruitment efforts are efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards and customer experience goals. Success in this position requires strong stakeholder management, the ability to navigate multiple priorities, and effective communication across diverse teams. The Retail Recruiter supports hiring managers in making consistent and equitable hiring decisions while balancing speed, quality, and candidate experience.
