About The Position
The Receiving Lead is responsible for the daily operation of the Receiving area and all products in the stockroom locations. The Receiving Lead works closely with the Merchandise Manager to ensure the product is worked onto the floor in a timely manner. The Receiving Lead will work alongside the Merchandise Manager and Retail Inventory Control Manager to ensure proper product amounts are being delivered and any product issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Six months to one-year related experience helpful.
- Basic Computer Skills
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable Transportation.

Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
- Organization of the stockroom and inventory.
- Completes inventory process and cycle counts.
- Ensures timely and accurate processing of merchandise shipments.
- Safely and adequately handles equipment required for the job function.
- Maintains safety awareness in the execution of their job.
- Assist with floor moves and other merchandising projects, as needed.
- Assist in Gift Shop on the floor and register as needed.
- Ensures adherence to all company policies and procedures.
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.
- Reliable Transportation.
