About The Position

The Retail Project Merchandiser assists other Anderson Merchandisers associates with executing client projects. Employment is ongoing on an as-needed basis. The role involves product pulls, stocking, merchandising, image captures, resets, and displays, completed accurately and to client expectations. Associates communicate daily activities, sales opportunities, and potential barriers to the onsite supervisor; use handheld devices; follow company policies; and protect confidential company, client, and retailer information. Work shifts may be in the morning or afternoon according to store requirements, and schedules may include nights, overnights, and weekends. Duties may vary according to project requirements and client needs.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalency certification.
Valid driver's license and access to automobile liability insurance.
Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or carry objects or products up to 35 pounds, and lift objects up to 100 pounds with assistance.
Ability to work while sitting, standing, or walking, and to perform fine hand or finger manipulation, bending, twisting, squatting, and climbing.
Flexibility to work a schedule that includes nights, overnights, and weekends.
Willingness and ability to work for limited periods in cold conditions, including refrigerated and freezer sections of retail stores.
Access to a computer, internet, printing capabilities, and email.
