About The Position

Retail Project Consultant – Roofing (W‑2) at Hargrove Roofing & Construction. This is a retail, one‑call‑close role with real upside for competitive, money‑motivated individuals tired of slow sales cycles or insurance work. We are building a new retail division and looking for driven sales reps who want control over their income and a clear path to grow. The first few weeks are hands‑on and field‑focused: lead generation, learning the process, and getting comfortable in the role. Paid training is provided.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Generating your own leads through field work and door‑to‑door outreach
