About The Position

We are actively hiring for a Retail Photo Operations Assistant Manager in an exciting and dynamic atmosphere located at our iconic attraction Dolly Parton's Stampede! This role involves greeting guests, creating memorable experiences through photography, and assisting in leading a retail team to achieve sales goals. The position supports the operational aspects of a high-volume souvenir photography retail operation and acts as the lead manager in the absence of the Retail Photography Manager. It requires floor supervision, administrative duties, and ensuring the team remains focused on guest service and sales targets. The role also involves developing, training, and motivating staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and taking photos to provide guests with memorable souvenirs.

Requirements

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
1-year people management experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to support teams, develop culture, demonstrate coaching, and ongoing performance management.
Ability and drive to assist in this ‘hands-on’ role, with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs in a busy retail environment.
Ability to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with customers, management, and cross-functional team members.
Professional communication skills and appearance.
Ability to support operations 7-days a week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
Background check

Nice To Haves

2 years previous guest service experience preferred, but not required, within the hospitality, food, and beverage, or retail industries.
Experience in digital photography a plus, but not required.
