About The Position
The Rx Care Advocate is responsible for the presentation and coordination of the bedside discharge medication delivery (DRxD) program for assigned units/services and patients. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the following satisfactory. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year of customer service experience
- Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
- Able to speak effectively to customers or other members of the organization
- Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
Nice To Haves
- RX Tech experience preferred
