Requirements

Retail Sales Experience
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a priority on excellent customer service
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable being responsible for and handling retail purchase transactions
Professional appearance and presentation

Responsibilities

Supervise the execution of the team’s retail merchandise operation
Collaborate with Manager, Retail Operations in the management of Retail Associates
Open and close retail locations as needed
Handle customer needs. Work to resolve problems while considering customer needs and company interests.
Assist in customer’s purchasing needs while creating an innovative shopping experience
Provide outstanding customer service in a welcoming manner and responds appropriately to customer’s questions/requests
Process purchases through the POS system
Assist in setting up and taking down merchandise displays
Assist in inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise
Assist in the training of new Retail Associates
Set-up pre-game and breakdown post-game retail stores
Maintain merchandising standards and cleanliness of store/stands
Other duties as assigned
