About The Position

As a Retail Operations Associate, you are responsible for receiving, moving, storing, and stocking materials to meet operational needs in a large warehouse facility and outlet store. The role includes operating equipment from the dock, warehouse, or storage yard, such as a compactor, bale machine, tipper, and hand truck. The position also involves loading and unloading outlet tables, moving materials throughout the outlet store, sorting materials, and placing them in designated holding areas within and outside the complex. You will help keep the warehouse clean and organized, with aisles and walkways clear of debris and hazards.

Requirements

• Provide a current, valid Child Abuse Clearance.
• Be able to operate equipment used at the dock, warehouse, or storage yard, including a compactor, bale machine, tipper, and hand truck.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with production, material movement, or warehouse organization is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct and position receptacles, including tables, gaylords, bins, totes, and trash receptacles, so they can be loaded.
• Move freight, stock, and other materials by hand or assigned equipment to and from storage or production areas, loading docks, and delivery vehicles.
• Sort and store materials by category.
• Load and unload outlet tables.
• Move materials throughout the outlet store and separate them into designated holding areas within and outside the complex.
• Clean, mop, take out trash, declutter, and reorganize as needed or assigned to keep the warehouse free of debris and keep aisles and walkways clear of hazards or obstacles.
• Operate equipment such as a compactor, bale machine, tipper, and hand truck.
