About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling shipments and inventory, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a positive store experience. Requirements

• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships.
• Ability to provide an excellent customer experience.
• Ability to identify opportunities or issues and take initiative to address them.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
• Ability to learn and use technology, retail systems, equipment, and computer programs needed for the role.
• Ability to learn and follow protocols and guidelines to protect assets and people.

Responsibilities

• Handle tasks related to inventory control.
• Ship and receive gear and other items.
• Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
• Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
• Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
• Handle cash.
• Maintain awareness of shrink and help control it.
• Complete additional duties as assigned.
