About The Position

The Operations Associate supports store operations by shipping and receiving stock and shipments, administering daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a great store experience. Successful associates collaborate effectively, focus on customers, take initiative, stay organized in a fast-paced environment, protect people and assets by following protocols, and learn the technology and retail systems needed for the role.
Requirements
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Able to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
- Able to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Perform tasks related to inventory control.
- Ship and receive gear and other items.
- Prepare for and execute inventory cycle counts.
- Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
- Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
- Handle cash.
- Maintain shrink awareness and control.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
