About The Position

The Retail Operations Associate supports store operations by handling inventory and shipments, completing daily tasks, and ensuring products are merchandised to provide customers with a positive store experience. Requirements

Basic understanding of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Ability to work in a loud environment for 5–8 hours.
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to collaborate and build effective working relationships.
Ability to provide excellent customer service and connect meaningfully with customers.
Ability to identify opportunities or issues, follow through, and take positive action independently.
Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail in a fast-paced, high-urgency environment.
Ability to learn and use technology, retail systems, equipment, and computer programs.

Responsibilities

Perform tasks related to inventory control.
Ship and receive gear and other items.
Prepare and execute inventory cycle counts.
Stock and merchandise products according to a planogram.
Print and place signage and price signs (POP).
Handle cash.
Maintain awareness of and help control shrink.
Complete additional duties as assigned.
