This role involves greeting everyone, proactively approaching athletes to understand their needs, supporting their shopping experience, and ensuring merchandise is processed according to established programs and procedures. Teammates are expected to uphold company merchandising and presentation standards, fulfill company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to service level standards, and assist in all omni fulfillment processes including Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up. The role also involves participating in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes, assisting in daily FedEx Box Count Audits, adhering to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures, maintaining confidentiality, and creating an inclusive store environment. Teammates are expected to take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
