The role involves greeting teammates and customers, understanding their needs, processing merchandise, upholding merchandising standards, and executing omni fulfillment processes like Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up. Teammates are expected to participate in Loss Prevention procedures, adhere to safety policies, maintain confidentiality, and foster an inclusive store environment.

Requirements

Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items repetitively (up to 25 times per hour).
Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder, aerial lifting device, or platform.
Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively approach athletes to understand their needs and support their shopping experience.
Ensure that all merchandise and product received at the store is processed in accordance with established programs and procedures.
Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards.
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
Assists in completion of all omni fulfillment processes, including: Ship From Store (SFS), Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), and Curbside pick-up.
Participate in Loss Prevention procedures related to Omni-Channel processes; assist in completing daily FedEx Box Count Audits according to company Inventory Control and Loss Prevention standards.
Fulfill the company-defined customer experience by completing all processes according to our service level standards.
Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with respect.
Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
