About The Position

Franklin Retail Solutions is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser (Sell-Through Specialist / Brand Rep) to support brands in nearby sporting goods stores. The role involves organizing, styling, and presenting products and displays, while sharing observations that can improve the shopping experience. Merchandisers work independently and stay connected to the team remotely. Store visits are typically on weekdays, and scheduling is flexible. Franklin Retail Solutions works with brands in the sports, outdoor, fitness, and health industries. The company develops retail marketing, merchandising, and training programs; manages a network of more than 500 field professionals who execute those programs; and analyzes program results. These programs help consumers find appropriate sporting goods and apparel.

Responsibilities

Use the MVP platform to review projects, schedule store visits, and submit reports.
Communicate with store managers and staff and build store relationships.
Follow planograms and create effective product displays.
Take before-and-after photographs of merchandising work.
Observe what is and is not working in stores and share those insights.
Complete professionally written online reports and remain connected with the team remotely.
