About The Position

CART Solutions is seeking part-time Grocery Merchandisers to improve customers’ shopping experiences. The role is based around the Hoover and Birmingham area, with locations that may include Hoover, Bessemer, Helena, and nearby communities. Employees must be able to travel to locations within the specified area and work in all grocery departments. This is an early-morning position with a firm 5:00 AM start time and variable end times. Shifts are typically 6–10 hours, with a schedule of up to four days per week, Monday through Thursday. Weekly flexible scheduling is offered. The job involves completing grocery merchandising work, including remodels and resets using planograms, and submitting photos with internet access.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years old.
Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Have reliable transportation capable of covering a 30-mile radius or more.
Be able to work at locations within up to 40 miles around the Hoover area.
Be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours.
Be able to lift up to 30 pounds.
Have internet access to take and submit photos.
Bring a small hand-held tool set: screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
Be able to work all grocery departments.
Be proficient in using planograms (POGs) for remodels and resets.
No degree is needed.
