About The Position

CART Solutions is hiring a part-time, gig Grocery Merchandiser based out of Milwaukee. The role involves working in grocery departments at various stores and locations, completing remodels and resets, and helping improve the customer shopping experience. Shifts are typically 6–8 hours, with start times between 7 and 8 a.m. Work is generally scheduled Monday through Thursday, with possible Friday shifts. Schedules are flexible and chosen weekly. Assignments may be local or require overnight travel up to 100 miles; the company pays for applicable overnight travel and lodging. The role offers hourly pay up to $17 depending on experience, paid mileage and travel time, per diem when applicable, and access to earned wages as soon as the next day. This is W-2 employment. No degree is required.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to take and submit photos and have internet access.
Must bring a small handheld tool set, such as a screwdriver, tape measure, and box cutter.
Must be able to stand, bend, and kneel for 6–10 hours and lift up to 30 pounds.
Must have reliable transportation covering a radius of 30 miles or more.
Must be able to work in all grocery departments.
Proficiency in using planograms (POGs) is essential for completing remodels and resets.
No degree is required.
