About The Position

Strategic Retail Solutions (SRS) is hiring experienced retail merchandisers to support retail resets, remodels, fixture installations, merchandising projects, and store support for leading retailers and consumer brands. The role involves working independently in a fast-paced retail environment, delivering quality work, and completing assignments in the areas where the merchandiser is interested in working. Opportunities are available nationwide and are matched based on project availability.

This is flexible, project-based work. Assignments include executing retail resets and store sets, implementing planograms, building fixtures, installing displays, stocking merchandise, documenting projects through photos and a mobile app, and meeting project deadlines. Competitive project-based pay and weekly pay are offered.

Requirements

• Retail merchandising, reset, remodel, or installation experience is preferred.
• Experience reading and executing planograms.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move or assemble fixtures.
• Reliable transportation.
• Smartphone with internet access.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Dependable and professional, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail resets, remodels, store sets, and merchandising projects.
• Read and implement planograms.
• Build fixtures, install displays, and stock merchandise.
• Set products to client specifications while maintaining high merchandising standards.
• Capture project photos and complete reporting using the company's mobile app.
• Work independently while meeting project deadlines.
