About The Position

As a Walmart Retail Merchandiser at Acosta, you will help Acosta’s client brands stand out in Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities. You will serve as the main contact with store management and represent Acosta Group at assigned Walmart locations. The role involves working independently while building relationships with store associates and managers and collaborating with your direct manager and the broader Walmart team.

Schedules may fall any day from Sunday through Saturday, depending on the work required at the location. Full-time schedules are flexible and require at least five days per week, including Tuesday and Friday. Part-time schedules are flexible and require two to four days per week, also including Tuesday and Friday. Work begins between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m. and takes place between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m.; no evenings are required.

The position requires reliable transportation to travel among multiple retail locations in your area. You will use a company-issued mobile device to complete work across multiple applications, and take and submit photos and accurate, concise reports of completed work on the same day. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have access to reliable transportation for travel to multiple retail locations in the area.
• Be comfortable using a company-issued mobile device and navigating multiple applications at the same time.
• Effectively communicate with store associates, store managers, and Acosta team members.
• Be able to work independently and build relationships with store personnel.
• Follow detailed instructions and provide accurate, concise data and photos.
• Full-time schedule: at least five days per week, including Tuesday and Friday; flexible days.
• Part-time schedule: two to four days per week, including Tuesday and Friday; flexible days.
• Work between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m., starting between 6 a.m. and 9 a.m.; no evenings.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock products, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials and place them in the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device and multiple applications to complete work.
• Take photos of completed work and provide accurate, concise data according to instructions.
• Represent Acosta and its clients at assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to complete work.
• Communicate and collaborate with the direct manager by email, phone, and text.
• Share best practices with the Walmart team through communication channels.
• Complete work within the provided timeframe and follow detailed instructions.
• Report completed work on the same day.
